I KNOW! Argh, he just instills a passionate hate in me. In my rewatch I noticed he doesn't get quite as bad until Keith leaves (although a couple comments still make me want to strangle him) but I still just can't stand him. I usually don't mind arrogance but his was both undeserved and done in such a mean, boring way that it made me hate him all the more. And then in episodes like the mom episode I was just disgusted and stunned someone could act and talk that way. I could rant about him all day but I'll stop now for my sanity (as overrated as it is ;)).
