Vidding is where you use an editing program like Windows Movie Maker/iMovie or Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro to edit clips from a tv show (or movie or anime, anything visual) and set it to music. Ultimately you're trying to create art somehow so it requires thinking about it on how to make a good vid which is what vid meta is.
