How does everyone else organize their vids?

I used to separate them by fandom, but now I have a folder for each vidder. This is in an effort to help the fact that when I see a vidder's name I often can't remember which vids they made even if I like their vids. My brain just has trouble connecting names to things. But I like your idea of putting information into the file name! Maybe I could change my system, and start putting the vidder's names in the filename instead.
