a whole episode based on Michael hating Toby and celebrating his exit was pretty much made for me
What made me laugh the hardest was the payoff of Michael giving Toby his watch, and then the celebration alarm going off as he was leaving. It took me a second to put it together, and then I cracked up.

Great episode. I was hoping Jan's young assistant was the baby's father, but this works too. :)
