Dear Festividder (2012)
Dear Festividder,
YAY you're making a vid for me! Thank you sooo much and I'm so excited to see what you make. I have no doubt it'll be absolutely fabulous and make me extremely happy, I can't even think about it without smiling already. I'm madly in love with all these fandoms so anything you make is sure to win my heart so don't sweat the details. I'm open to any kind of music no matter how indie or mainstream, angsty or bouncy, romantic or mellow although I do love big dynamic type songs (see Mumford and Sons). Go with where your heart and mind wants to go with it, anywhere you want. Vid what you love :)
Arrested Development
My love for this show is too great for words especially seeing how we're getting new episodes next year OMG YAY. My favorite character is Michael but I'd also love a Lucille is HBIC (or any Lucille) vid, Buster, Tobias, any of them really. I'd also love to see a comedy vid or any kind of vid that shows off the brilliant callbacks and continuity of this show. I'm down with any inappropriate type ship vid you want to make, just saying. Or a family love (Michael, hee) ensemble vid!
Breaking Bad
Jesse is my FAVORITE and his whole storyline makes me cry and cry so if you want to destroy me, there's your best option. Jesse and kids is my ultimate weakness as is him being a total dork (YEAH SCIENCE!) I'd also love to see a Gus Fring vid displaying his awesomeness, bonus points for using his backstory episode. I'd also love to see a Skyler vid using the amazing S5 footage, that would be so incredible. I'd also love to see a vid focusing on the beautiful cinematography vid focusing on all the gorgeous shots-I've never seen a show that makes me take notice of the way the show is filmed like this one. And yeah, I ship Walt/Jesse (in a totally messed up way) so go forth and vid it if you feel the same way (or platonically, I'm not picky, I just Walt to be nice to Jesse pleeease).
Homeland
Carrie is my girl so any vid set to her would make my dreams come true. I love her being in love with danger and just her being a total fuckup (or totally competent) is amazing to me. And I love Brody too! I'd love to see a vid dealing with his many, many issues. I love Carrie/Brody in any way so go as dark or fluffy as you like or just explore their relationship, I'm not picky. I also would love to see a Carrie and Saul vid, I really love their friendship. And Brody and Dana's relationship just kills me so a vid about that would slay me with feels.
The Lion King
So...this is my first real fandom that I fell in love with when I was a kid. I love this movie with all my heart and soul so...vid whatever you like. I love Simba, Nala, Mufasa, Scar, Zazu, Timba and Pumbaa...all of them. I basically think this movie is perfect so vidding any part of it would make me happy. I love all the Africa shots, I love the shot of Simba walking up Pride Walk, I love Simba's relationship with his dad, I love Simba and Nala together and most of all I love the lions as this movie is how I found my favorite animal.
Six Feet Under
This show...wow. If you want to make me cry, vid this show and if you want to emotionally destroy me, vid any part of the series finale which is still my favorite series finale of all time. I would love a Keith/David vid as they're my favorite but a David or Keith vid (add in kids for extra bonus points!) would be wonderful as well. I LOVE Brenda and would die for a vid that covers her character in any way, shape or form. I also love Ruth and Claire, you know what, I love the whole family, any vid of them would make my day. A vid showcasing dealing with death and loss (especially in S1) would also make me incredibly happy...that doesn't sound right but it's true.
The Wire
I love everything about this show (minus Carcetti) so everything is fair game. Some things I love the most: Stringer, Randy, Kima, McNulty, Stringer/Avon, Stringer/McNulty, Prez, McNulty/Kima (platonic), Wallace, Snoop, Dukie, Michael, Lester and if you love someone else, I probably do too. I'd also love to see vids focused on Baltimore as a city (I LOVE cities) and I would die for a vid that's very meta about the show itself. This fandom needs ALL the vids so please, I'll take anything.
