Angel/Spike Love

Watching Angel Season 5 (Spike!) and this stopped me in my tracks with the squee:

ANGEL Yeah, I never told anybody about this, but I liked your poems.

Hee! So cute. I loved poet!Spike and it's good to know that Angel liked him too. It doesn't get much more romantic/slashier than that.

Angel/Spike: still my favorite Angel ship.

Awww, I onla watched Angel as far as S3 but Spike/Angel... I imagine their love to be so .... effulgent ;)

I can't help awwing at that moment. You should definitely finish the series, it's great. And yes, it is quite effulgent.
