Merry Christmas! I'm back in NY and no it's not a bit snowy but still freezing and I miss the warmth and sunshine terribly. I am, however, loving being with my cats. Definitely the best part about being back here. My Christmas has gone well in terms of the holiday, its always fun with presents and decorations and trees and such.

The problem is I am locked in a great battle with Adobe Premiere and its kicking my ass. I've been working on this vid (for a SS)for a week trying to get it finished but it keeps freezing on me or stops playing which forces me to restart it. It only helps to turn off most other programs leaving me listening to my iPod intermittently. But its soo frustrating when I'm right in the middle of something and I have to stop and wait while it reloads again. I know I'm using a lot of avs files but its never been this bad before. I have never yelled and cried as much as I have with this vid *sigh* And now I'm almost finished with it and trying to export it to see how it works but it keeps stopping halfway through the (half hour) render to tell me: "Error compiling movie: Unknown Error" and I tried using Debugmode Frameserver to do it and it still messed up. I just don't know whats wrong and am kind of frustrated. I never thought I'd say this but I am sick of vidding and want to stop now and catch up on commenting and feedbacking.

Um, yeah. I didn't mean to be that negative but that's been my mindset lately. On the bright side, I've totally fallen for Gilmore Girls after my mom got the first season DVDs from the library and I became addicted to how hilarious it is not to mention, touching, smart and very entertaining. Lorelai is the best and Luke is awesome but my favorite aspect of the show are the family dynamics especially Lorelai and Emily but add in Rory too and its even better. That's where it reminds me of Supernatural, obviously not in subject matter but I love the focus on families in both and don't care as much about other relationships. I haven't been watching any more S2 episodes because I do have some self-control as I need to finish that vid.

Aw! ::hugs:: I'm glad you're enjoying your visit back home for the holidays. About the vid, don't worry. I'm sure you'll get through. Maybe a little break from it will give you the clarify to get through. Enjoy the rest of your Winter Break, though! ::hugs again::

Thanks :) I'm a bit more mellow about the vid although its still giving me problems. I don't have the luxury of the break but I'm going to keep working on it. I'm sure I will enjoy the rest of it and I hope you do as well!

I'm still trying but I'm getting to the end of my rope. Problem is, this vid took me so long to do and I like it so I really need to get it out of there.

I certainly hope I will :)

I'm sorry the vid gave you so much grief, but please know that I was not at all upset by its delay and I could not be happier with the finished result.

You have captured the love of Brian & Justin so beautifully. I rec'd it in my own journal too and will put another link across when you post in your own journal.... everyone should see it. I hope you think it was worth all the frustration in the end. *hugs*

It's okay now, I'v forgotten all about it. I'm just glad I finished it and you don't mind the delay. It just makes me feel bad when that happen. Thank you so much for the rec, I'm happy that you feel it showed the love so well. I definitely think it was worth it, learned a lot and I love how it turned out too :)
