DOCTOR WHO OMG
Whoa. Now THAT is what I call an amaaaaaazing TV episode.
*SCREAMS* AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Holy shit!
I am so shocked and awed and happy and WOW. I don't even know where to begin! They're all back! OMG. JACK, MARTHA, IANTO, SARAH JANE, even Harriet, oh Harriet. And the DALEKS! Eeeeee that was awesome. EXTERMINATE muahahaha. The whole episode was just so much fun, a roller coaster ride up and down and that's all I really ask in the end. Have I mentioned how much I love grand save the world plots? Cause they really are sooo much fun. I love all of them teaming up, it was so wonderful. The best part of course being Jack flirting heee. Never stop flirting, Jack! And jealous!Ianto. And Jack kissed him on the head! And there was another boyfriendy thing I'm forgetting but OMG SQUEE THE CUTENESS. I loved Donna checking him out and the Doctor telling her to stop hehe. Oh and the Doctor's Army? SO like Dumbledore's Army!
Have I mentioned how much I love the Daleks? They are completely hilarious. And the grand maker of them OMG! I cannot wait to see what happens there. (also I admit I kept hoping throughout the episode that John Simm would appear...a girl can dream). Although most of the humans were being really stupid and not RUNNING THE FUCK AWAY from them.
Let's see, one part of me loved the big Doctor-Rose run for it's grand reunionness and another part was just oh, god them with the lameness. But then the Daleks killed the Doctor OMG! Total freakout moment. Loved Jack taking him down though. So, so sad. And what is up with this regeneration? Gah this TBC is going to kill me but I love the dramatic way it was done.
And Harriet Jones! Awwww. I absolutely loved how they repeated the, "yes we know who you are" with the twist at the end with the Daleks and it was such beautiful narrative repetition.
Hahahaha at Martha being included and not Rose. Suck it, Rose! Okay I felt a bit bad but fandom fucks with your perceptions here.
I missed Jack and Ianto soooooo much. Oh, the cuteness.
Plot? What Plot? In the end, it's all about the emotion and characters here and I enjoyed every bit of it. Dayum. Now why can't they be like that every week? Or at least buildup. I'll stop complaining cause that was FANTASTIC *smiling 9th Doctor face*
