Vividcon/Escapade Roll Count

So Vividcon sold out in about an hour and 15 minutes. Wow. Although my crazy guess was an hour so that was close. I am still really, really excited about it. The Vividcon countdown has finally begun for real. Now my question is, are you going?

[Poll #930064]

I'm planning on staying a week, flying in on Wednesday and leaving the next Wednesday. That way I have plenty of time to meet with people as well as see Chicago. Also I'm hoping to have Premiere vid this time. I'm just really looking forward to seeing everyone again and meeting new people. Yay vidding!

I'm so glad Escapade is coming up this week so I can pour my convention excitement into that. I'm going to be getting to the hotel around 5:30, hanging out until I watch The Office at 8:30 and then hopefully watching Grey's Anatomy with [livejournal.com profile] norwhich36. Can't wait to see people there! The panels sound great and interest, the vid show should be awesome and I'm sure I'll have a great time. I'm catching up on shows (VM, BSG, SV, TW, FNL) so I won't be spoiled when I get there. Just to make sure whose going, another poll:

Hope to see you there!

I'm jealous about VividCon--I have a mandatory work retreat that overlaps every August, which is too bad, because my parents live in the Chicago area, so otherwise I could combine vacation, VVC and visiting them in one trip.

I'm looking forward to meeting you at Escapade, though! And watching GA with you!

I was supposed to catch up on BSG this weekend so I don't accidentally get spoiled at the con, but I realized with all the stuff I have to do workwise so I can take 2 days off I don't know if I'll have time. :-( I'll just have to cover my ears, or something.

I'm sorry about the work conflict. There needs to be a rule that work can never interfere with VVC. Hopefully sometime you'll be able to go.

It should definitely be fun at Escapade! I can't wait to watch TV with fans, that's always great. Covering your ears works great. In one of my classes, I have a professor that always tries to spoil me for Heroes but I plug my ears and don't hear a word of it.
