Currently Watching
The Office: I watch the "I Love Everyone and Everything About This Show" which coincides with "The Michael Scott Is Adorable, Never Losing That Childish Wonder Love Show". I also loved "The Michael and Jan Are Totally Romantic Show" but that got canceled after Cocktails although I still hope it comes back. I also watch and am involved in "The Office Cast And Crew Is The Best Ever Show".

Lost: I watch "Surviving On A Desert Island And Working With Others Show" (canceled after S1 for the most part), "The Sawyer And Kate Are My Bright Light In The Darkness Show" and "The What Happens Next Show".
Doing this just reminds me how much I love TV and all my characters and ships and thank god for all of them proving so much joy in my life along with the fandoms that develop from them. I love TV! At the same time though, I've been feeling an overload because I have so many amazing so many great shows and ships I'm loving right now. I've been getting into House fandom, specifically House/Wilson because when I first got into the show I was deep into Office obsession territory and I didn't give my favorite slash ship the attention they deserve. So if I recently friended you, that's probably why. And I'm LOVING this season and all the slash so that's inspiring me a lot in reading fic, watching vids, watching the best episodes, listening to podfic and reading discussions about them. At the same time, I still am reading some Beecher/Keller fanfic, loving Brian/Justin fandom sparking my love for them, squeeing over Barney/Robin, watching Ryan/Colin clips on youtube and reading favorite fics and every time someone mentions Jack/Irina (or I see a picture), my heart squees and I get very tempted to start obsessing about them again. There's just so much great ships and shows out there.
On a different note, I haven't watched American Idol for years (I watched an episode of the Carrie Underwood and Bo season a long time ago) but I wanted to check out the Beatles episode(s) because I love their music and it was pretty entertaining. It hasn't changed much, I still dislike Ryan Seacrest (sorry![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
dollsome), I still love Simon (I can see why House worked as a great follower to the show) and he's very slashy with Ryan, and the singers are all decently talented and mildly entertaining. The David A kid is way, way too cute. Ultimately I stopped watching and will continue to because it feels like a waste of time in a popularity contest whereas I love creative reality TV with unique challenges each week. On the other hand, it made me watch Scooby Road again and OMG I love that vid so much. My third favorite vid ever and the end gets me every time.

Doing this just reminds me how much I love TV and all my characters and ships and thank god for all of them proving so much joy in my life along with the fandoms that develop from them. I love TV! At the same time though, I've been feeling an overload because I have so many amazing so many great shows and ships I'm loving right now. I've been getting into House fandom, specifically House/Wilson because when I first got into the show I was deep into Office obsession territory and I didn't give my favorite slash ship the attention they deserve. So if I recently friended you, that's probably why. And I'm LOVING this season and all the slash so that's inspiring me a lot in reading fic, watching vids, watching the best episodes, listening to podfic and reading discussions about them. At the same time, I still am reading some Beecher/Keller fanfic, loving Brian/Justin fandom sparking my love for them, squeeing over Barney/Robin, watching Ryan/Colin clips on youtube and reading favorite fics and every time someone mentions Jack/Irina (or I see a picture), my heart squees and I get very tempted to start obsessing about them again. There's just so much great ships and shows out there.
On a different note, I haven't watched American Idol for years (I watched an episode of the Carrie Underwood and Bo season a long time ago) but I wanted to check out the Beatles episode(s) because I love their music and it was pretty entertaining. It hasn't changed much, I still dislike Ryan Seacrest (sorry
dollsome), I still love Simon (I can see why House worked as a great follower to the show) and he's very slashy with Ryan, and the singers are all decently talented and mildly entertaining. The David A kid is way, way too cute. Ultimately I stopped watching and will continue to because it feels like a waste of time in a popularity contest whereas I love creative reality TV with unique challenges each week. On the other hand, it made me watch Scooby Road again and OMG I love that vid so much. My third favorite vid ever and the end gets me every time.Lots of TV thoughts to come!

Well, I loved both Jonathan and Lionel. Jonathan was kind of preachy and obnoxious sometimes, and yeah Martha was totally above him, but they were just so adorable sometimes that I had to love him. I can never decide which pairing I ship more: J/M or Mionel.

I liked your Nip/Tuck, QaF, and The L Word comments....and some of your other ones about shows I don't watch make me want to start watching them. I think this summer I'm going to need to start a few more shows, I'm thinking Heros, House, Battlestar Gallactica, maybe Pushing Daisies? We'll see how it goes...

Much as I love Brian/Justin (and Emmett/Drew and Michael/Ben) that was probably the thing I loved the most. They are an imperfect group of family and friends who make many mistakes and have petty moments, but they are also ones who ultimately love each other and support each other.

I wish that Oz had focused more on the fact that 98 percent of prisoners are released back into society, and as such we had BETTER find a way to achieve that goal. I was willing to forgive McManus for a lot of BS just because he was making an effort.

Yeah I think it tried with all the mostly failed attempt at prisoner activities and such. The failing of the GED one frustrated me the most because that's just so important. And that's a big reason why I like McManus that he at least tries even if he's made a lot of mistakes as well.

Oz pretty much killed me. I'm still thinking of that ending (it's hard not to, with that header I've put in my journal). Talk about obsessive destructive love that ruins everything and everyone in the process.. :( Of course, Oz wasn't just the Beecher/Keller beat up sexing, the whole show was so hypnotizing in that "raw-and-violent-and-true-brutal" kind of way..
