YAY Obama! *squee* I am SO happy he won the nomination :D It's been a looong way to get there but he finally did it! It is a happy day. My first time voting in a presidential election, I can actually vote for a candidate I actually believe in and trust. Now if I just ignore my parents, I'll be all set. I'm trying not to get my hopes too high but at the same time I reeeeeeeeally want him to win it. If I thought I was crushed in 2004, this one would devastate me. But for now, I'm thinking positive. It's just so historic and amazing that I get to experience this moment in history. Dare I say it, LEGENDARY.

I will never get over that he loves The Wire. Now don't be Carcetti!

On a personal note, I have decided to try and lose weight to be healthier and the nice looking better benefits. So far, a week and a half, eating better and exercising almost every day for an hour is going well. Took a nice long bike ride today and after a hellish climb up a bunch of hills, I got to soar down lots and lots of hills. Veeery fun. I love that feeling, like I'm flying with the wind against me. One of the reasons I love to bike.

Also, rewatching The Office makes me very, very happy. Casino Night never gets old. And this time Jim actually made me cry. Too sad. Conflict Resolution is another of my favorites that doesn't get enough love in my opinion. I can watch it over and over and it still cracks me up. ART THAT DESTROYS SOULS! Hee. Best picture ever also.

Although I try not to be too obvious about it, becaus epeople will often tell me it's not my country, so not my business. But you know what? It is. It's everyone in the world's business.

And omggggg, so many kudos for working out and living healthy! I've been trying so hard lately to do that, but I've ultimately been failing. I need a new bike, because getting on the treadmill is just hell. But that's so great that you're making a lifestyle change and sticking with it... you're an inspiration!

Sometimes I cry during Casino Night, sometimes I don't. Lately it's more that I do, haha.

Conflict Resolution, ftw! I think people are turned off by all the sad awkwardness, but it's so FUNNY if you can get past that.

Thanks :) My willpower and determination are just really strong right now. I like being outside so much more than gyms so walking/running, tennis and bike riding is working for me. I hope it goes well for you!

I usually don't, I think maybe I've done it once so it was surprising for me. It was just he was taking such a HUGE chance and he obviously really wanted it so much. Awww Jim.

Yeah the Jim/Pam storyline is kind of sad but I think it's a really important step to the finale and Pam and Angela fighting/interacting always cracks me up. It's just got such a perfect mixture of funny things from Pam's calling me a hussy, to Jim/Dwight security threats and lots of prank memories, win-win-win, Michael taking down Toby, Angela and Oscar!!, mung beans and whites only bathrooms and the classic photoshopped picture. Okay maybe I REALLY love that episode hehe.

I'm with you on the fitness thing... I'm trying too... the eating better part is a lot easier than the exercising haha. I need a bike. Running's not my thing.
