Doctor Who: Turn Left + PREVIEW
Okay so I've been nervous all week for this but that wasn't so bad. It wasn't Utopia and the Utopia threesome (or I should say four) of LOVE but OMG THE PREVIEW FOR NEXT WEEK.
Let me preface by saying while I think Rose is alright and I sometimes liked her, ultimately she feels too Mary Sueish to me (I'm NOT saying she is) and I can't relate to that (ironically). Plus the crazy fandom love has seriously turned me off her. Also I do NOT think in any way shape or form she ever had a romantic relationship with the Doctor and although I do not deny the subtext, I do not choose to see or believe in it. I love them as friends, that's it. There is a wonderful thing called platonic love that I really like on this show. I can't stand people claiming as if Doctor/Rose is canon because it ISN'T. Embrace ambiguity people. Oh and authorial intent is bullshit.
Anyways, I loved that the focus was still on Donna this episode because I do so adore her and her awesomeness. I thought the concept was really interesting as I always love a 'what if' change the past concept but I have to admit I was kind of bored with the actual plot as it didn't say a lot new to me. Rose was pretty blah as well. And I reeeally miss the Doctor because in the end I am all about the emo Time Lord and Gallifry and the Daleks and all his crazy, fun. But that's why the hug at the end was so wonderful! But the best thing of all: BAD WOLF. YAY!!!!!! How's that for a serial plot? DW just becomes a billion times better for me when it goes serial and I LOVE that it went all the way back to S1 (of RTD). I so cannot wait to see what happens now.

JACK! MARTHA! IANTO! *SQUEE* Oh how I love grand end of the world plots. I really, really can't wait to see them all together. I'm just SO GLAD my threesome of love (Doctor, Martha and Jack) are back ALONG with Donna and Ianto. Oh and DALEKS. I love the Daleks in complete EXTERMINATE love ("you are better at dying" will always be classic). I hope there's some boykissing hehe. God, if only John Simm was back, it'd be perfect. Boy when RTD does a reunion, he REALLY does a huge reunion. Bring it on!
So the Premieres vid is a no go. I tried but it just was not going to get done in this short of time. Ah well. I'm just glad I worked my hardest to get it done so I have no regrets. Disappointed about not having a vid for VVC but it's not the worst thing in the world and at least I'll get to relax and just have as much fun as I can there. Can't believe it's less than two months away!

I am SO excited for this. I can't wait to see Jack and the Doctor reunite, and to see Ianto! And to have the Doctor meet Ianto...its going to be fantastic. I need it to be Saturday now please.
