Technology sucks

I have the worst luck because without warning, yesterday my laptop power adapter stopped working. So my laptop is basically dead right now. Argh. I really did not need that. Caught up with my Flist today in the library and just like everytime I leave my internet for too long, it feels like coming home. I love fandom.

I've been catching up on some UK TV which is nice because it's short and I can get a bunch of series done. I've watched Primeval, Skins and Queer as Folk UK and liked them all in various degrees. New Skins tonight, yay! Wanted to catch up with Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles but doesn't look like that's going to happen. I've been stopped because I still needed to watch the first two movies although I did get to see the first movie before my battery ran out. Also working on Farscape slowly but sure and I'm in mid-S2 right now.

Random: Jane Espenson is watching The Wire! This is significant because when I was picketing with her, I told her she should watch it and how amazing it was. So that was cool.

Still in love with Alias especially the SpyFam. I got the first season DVDs from the library so I'll probably watch that today along with the commentaries. Jack and Sydney still make me squee about as much as I did on first viewing so that's wonderful to relive.

Yeah, three times actually. She is definitely really nice and has written some great episodes of my favorite shows so it was great.

They are! Watched 102-105 last night and they made me super happy whenever they came on. I'm so amazed by how close they became!

I would. But I have to caution you as a lot of the plotlines are very similar to the US version and the actors can take some getting used to. Also the UK B/J isn't the same and isn't the main couple so it's a bit weird there. I tried the series out after I finished the US version and it put me off because of that but distance has helped and it does get different later on in the series. It's worth checking out at the very least.

Yeah unfortunatly :( This is why I told you to leave a message, we don't usually pick up the phone unless we see the name of someone we know and sometime's we're not around. But we definitely have to hang out today, after 3 sometime would work for me.
