The Office is renewed for next year with 30 episodes! Hopefully most will be half hour ones this time. But more Office is always a good thing for me :D
I just found out that we get HBO here so I can watch The Wire series finale live! I am so excited. My first time ever!
So apparently Michael Rosenbaum and Kristin Kreuk are both leaving Smallvile next year. Which just means I don't have to watch Smallville next season (once I'm caught up with 6th and 7th...) because without Lex, my interest in the show dies completely. Especially since I still don't like Clark. I've been holding out for the show since there's still this Clark/Lex vid I want to do for the show at some point which I've had in mind for like five years now.
For the few people who watch it:
Man Michelle's life sucks :( If they were going to do Sid/Michelle, I'm really glad of the way it went down. I can buy them together with them both lonely and missing Tony the way he used to be. I love that OT3 btw. I was hating Scarlett at first but I'm really glad how they redeemed her and made her more than a multi-dimensional character. Her dad and her are still really creepy though, I love them all going camping and swimming together. Poor Maxxie though. Anwar's being a bit of an ass in the name of sex and the part with Sketch singing "If you're not the one" was so creepily appropiate. I really liked the pretty sun shots. I'm curious to see where they'll go with Sid/Michelle. Mostly I'm just so glad there's new episodes every week :)
So I started watching Rome last night with
lianri and I'm really loving it. Mostly because I have a ship! Titus/Lucius are soooo boyfriends. I love the looks between them, the funny, the banter and oh, everything. And I've only watched three episodes! I love the political stuff as well which is interesting since my knowledge of Roman history is fuzzy. I recognized Kevin McKidd and couldn't quite place him, first reminding me of the Primeval main character and then figuring out he's the lead actor from Journeyman (which is fitting because Primeval guy reminded me of him. Which I only saw the Pilot of but he's sooo much hotter in this show which just goes to show how much personality can help a character. Also Suzie from Torchwood is in it so that was cool.
Project Runway finale tonight! I am so excited to see the collections and who wins. I'm completely unspoiled so it should be a surprise.

I just... god, love that show. :) I'm glad you're enjoying it.
I'm really glad to hear that MR is living SV because just, yeah. He deserves better and I can't imagine that show going on any longer. I wonder what they're going to do because it's such a joke to me now.

Yeah, I agree. He's an amazing actor and I hope he finds some good projects. I think they're just keeping it on because it's got the highest ratings. I'm assuming there will be lots of Clark and Lois and bad guys of the week and apparently Supergirl? Whatever.

i only wish they had made it a little more romantic and less about jumping bones. the fact that she said sid was her first climax (did i hear that right?) was really interesting because she has always been such a sexual character. i think it would have been really neat if the audience had known that about her for a while and then get to really experience that moment with her in this episode. maybe that just makes me creepy, but i think it would have been a seriously interesting subplot.
and oh noes! cassie! i feel about as torn as sid right now haha :P

Well I don't really like her so I don't care but I do think she's a better match for Sid in the end so I'm sure it'll turn out alright.

I'm so glad you've started watching Rome! Seriously, it's one of the greatest show ever put on television. The first season is definately full of Pullo/Vorenus, however, the second season has some really great Atia/Servilia and Mark Antony/Atia/Cleopatra stuff going on. :) And, all things considered, the political stuff is incredibly well-researched.

Wow, I hadn't heard that. I really think the show's gonna go down the tubes without them. 'Cause while Lex gradually became a less kickass character as the show progressed, Michael continued to be the best darn actor on the show and as for Lana/KK, fandom may hate her, but the mainstream non-fannish viewers at home sure loved her.
Really, I am stunned that TPTB actually think the show will keep afloat with two thirds of the leads gone. I guess they're banking on people transferring their heroine love to Lois and going the villain of the week route without Lex there to stir the pot, but I think they're gonna be in for a rude awakening when ratings plummet.
