Not a great year for acquiring fandoms but I will still do the fandom end of year meme.

I have to make another plug for everyone to watch Parks & Recreation because it is just THAT good. Best show of the year, hands down. Alan Sepinwall also put it as #1 and describes it much better than I could (spoilers taken out):

Yes, it can be a gut-bustingly funny comedy..., and that alone is an impressive achievement. It generates most of its comedy not by mocking its characters for being inept..., but by showing the ways in which they are incredible. S1 is not the best but after that the show is AWESOME! Go watch. |

It's hard to believe 2011 is about to end. I can only hope 2012 will be much better than last year for me and everyone else.
